This 3 day workshop explores the concepts, methods and approaches contained within transitional housing programs. From orientation to transitional, this workshop provides step by step assistance in creating a HUD Best Practice Plan that moves an individual from chronic homelessness and acute care into permanent housing and independence. The training is based on HUD Best practice transitional Curriculum and NAZCARE’s implementation of the methods and approaches mixed with other best practices to produce outstanding outcomes in transitional housing. Certificates of completion are issued after training and observation. Fee $500.00
