This workshop recognizes the need to move tenants into productivity rather it is community service, voluntarism or employment. The rehabilitation-employment guidelines follow the research done by Roberta L. Howard and also align with the Boston University Model of Psycho-Social Rehabilitation. This Best practice employment Models produce the greatest outcomes in recovery and in productive and reconnecting a tenant to permanent housing, independence and promoting an employment culture that works. Certificates of completion are provided at the end of training.
