Meeting The Special Needs Populations – Med. –Adv. 16 hours
This training is for non-clinical staff and will explore the variety of special needs and will assist the attendees to identify the needs and strengths of individuals and establish the goals of creating a relationship of assistance and trust between the resident and organization’s staff in the housing program. At the end attendees will understand the various special needs, the resources and services available and how staff can address those needs and be able to respond in a professional supportive manner. This training utilizes HUD best Practice Special Needs Supportive Housing Curriculum and NAZCARE’s Supportive Housing Program and Curriculum. Certificates will be provided at the end of training.
