Life Skills Instructor Training 50 hours of instruction and 20-30 hours of practicum provided in a tiered training curricula.
This course is designed assist a person teach Life Skills to an adult in a center, community, or home situation. Training provides a curriculum, benchmarks and training tools needed to help a person master the skills needed to teach people with a wide range of physical, mental and cognitive abilities for basic and necessary Life Skills. Once certified the person can qualify to become a Life Skills Coach. Curricula and training based on research and evidence-based work by Roberta L. Howard. Fee $1,500
