This training workshop explores all the topics we’d like not to face, but must. It explores the issues encountered the first year from tenant issues to financial and compliance issues, tenant to tenant issues, Conflict issues in the housing and between tenants and housing and crisis – how to be supportive, keep everyone safe and mange crisis. Having a program that outlines care and compliance is one thing, enforcing it and working within the legal guidelines under the fair Housing Act is a delicate balance that takes team work and understanding. Supportive Housing is NOT property management – it is recovery management. This workshop utilizes HUD Best practices and NAZCARE curriculum and certificates of completion are issued after completion of training. Fee $600.00
