Training provides clear guidelines to HIPPA and confidentiality in a behavioral health care, or medical settings and covers: protection information for clients, agency and business, medical and behavioral health information records, client controlled of records, consent to release, protected information, boundaries on medical record use and release of information, insuring the security of personal health information, establish accountability for medical records use and release, electronic guidelines, compliance issues and requirements, balancing public responsibility for communicable disease with privacy protection, special protection for psychotropic notes, communication by phone, conversations, written records and electronic communications. This course uses NAZCARE curriculum and certificates of completion are provided. Fee $125.00
