Community Service Agency Provider Training – 6 to 8 hours.

Training provides skills, strategies, approaches, methods and required for compliance and certifies an adult to provide direct care to people with mental, co-occurring and substance use disorders in a behavioral health care setting. This training covers: Behavioral Health Mission, Client’s Rights, Ethical Behavior, Confidentiality, HIPPA, Confidentiality of Records, Promoting Dignity, Independence and Strength of Choices, Recognizing Common Signs & Symptoms in Adults and Children, Crisis Management, Record Keeping and Documentation, History of Mental Health, Crisis Management. This course meets the State of Arizona and other State’s guidelines and uses NAZCARE curriculum. Certificates of completion are provided and the Trainer can sign off the forms needed for Arizona, California and Nevada Depts. of Behavioral Health and the Veteran’s Administration. Fee $150.00
